The First Artificial Intelligence Institute in the Banking System Launched with the Collaboration of Bank Mellat and University of Tehran

In a ceremony attended by Farshid Farokhnia, CEO of Bank Mellat, and Seyed Hossein Hosseini, President of the University of Tehran, the CEO of Bank Mellat emphasized the strategic importance of artificial intelligence in transforming the banking industry. He highlighted that this institute provides a platform for the synergy of knowledge, experience, and data among Bank Mellat experts and University of Tehran scholars. The institute is located in the college of Engineering at the University of Tehran, and Dr. Hesham Faili has been appointed as the head of the institute.
