The researchers of University of Tehran in collaboration with researchers from Tehran University of Medical Sciences and a Canadian university, developed a new method for non-invasive identification of ischemia patients' heart conditions via medical image data and using bio-mechanical calculation and optimization methods.

According to the public relations of University of Tehran, researchers from the School of Mechanical Engineering, in collaboration with researchers from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Iran University of Medical Sciences and Canada's McGill University, successfully published a new research achievement to help diagnose the conditions of patients suffering heart attack .
