Delegates of College of Engineering at UNESCO regional workshop in Penang, Malaysia

The event, entitled “Strengthening Interaction and Knowledge Exchange between UNESCO Natural Sciences related Centers and Chairs in Asia and the Pacific to promote South-South Cooperation” took place at Penang, Malaysia from November 29 to 30th. It was organized by the UNESCO Office Jakarta aiming at bringing together around 60 participants, including international scientists from the Asia Pacific and African regions and National Commissions for UNESCO of the cluster office. Two committee members of international affairs of college of Engineering, Prof. Mohammad Hossein Sarrafzadeh (Chair holder of UNESCO Chair in water reuse), and Dr. Golnaz Jozanikohan (Head of International Relations of UNESCO Chair in Engineering Education) attended several workshops, panels and talks as well as match making contacts, mainly on areas of natural sciences.
